 ## Enrollment Timing and Eligibility

When can students enroll?Wellspring offers rolling admissions, meaning students can enroll at any point throughout the year. Many families choose to align with traditional semester start dates in August and January, but our flexible model accommodates mid-year transfers whenever they are needed.

Who is eligible to enroll?Any K-12 student nationwide seeking a flexible, accredited private school education. We also welcome international students, who may have additional documentation requirements. Your admissions specialist will walk you through anything specific to your situation.

Can students enroll part-time?Yes. Students can enroll in individual courses while maintaining enrollment at another school or homeschool program. Part-time tuition is available at adjusted rates.

Do you accept mid-year transfers?Yes. Our rolling admissions and flexible curriculum model make mid-year transitions smooth. Your Educational Concierge will build a transition plan to ensure academic continuity from day one.

 ## The Enrollment Process

How long does enrollment take?Once all required documents are received, most enrollments are completed within three to five business days. Your admissions specialist will provide a specific timeline based on your situation.

Is there a placement test or interview? We assess academic readiness through previous academic records rather than a formal entrance exam. When helpful, we may recommend a placement assessment in a specific subject to ensure your student is starting in the right course level. This assessment informs your child's learning plan rather than determining admissions eligibility.

Can we see the program before enrolling?Yes. We encourage families to attend a [Virtual Open House](https://mail.deepgap.xyz/admissions/virtual-open-house) before enrolling, where you can see the platform, meet the team, and hear from current families. Your admissions specialist can also schedule a personal platform demonstration tailored to your student's grade level.

What happens after enrollment is confirmed?Once enrollment is confirmed, you will be introduced to your dedicated [Educational Concierge](https://mail.deepgap.xyz/educational-concierge), who will guide your onboarding, finalize your student's course schedule, and make sure your family is ready for day one.

 ## Required Documentation

What documents are required to enroll?Standard enrollment documents include:

• Proof of student age and identity (birth certificate or passport)
• Proof of residence (utility bill, lease agreement, or mortgage statement)
• Most recent academic records (report card or transcript)
• Withdrawal form from previous school, if transferring
• Parent or guardian photo ID
• Special education documentation if applicable (IEP, 504 plan, evaluation reports)

What if I'm missing some documents?Your admissions specialist will work with you to identify alternatives or interim solutions if certain documents are not immediately available. Our goal is to get your student started, not to create barriers.

Do you accept homeschool records?Yes. Families transferring from a homeschool program should provide whatever documentation they have of prior coursework, including portfolios, transcripts, or curriculum records.
