How Our Accreditation Works
Cognia accredits schools and school systems against rigorous, independently reviewed standards for teaching quality, leadership, and continuous improvement. Its three regional divisions are NCA CASI, NWAC, and SACS CASI, which extend that recognition across the country.

TEKS-Aligned Curriculum
Wellspring's K-12 curriculum is built on the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS), the standards framework developed by the Texas Education Agency. TEKS defines what students should know and be able to do at each grade level across all core subjects.
