A Partnership With Parents
In the elementary years, parents are an essential part of the learning day. Wellspring uses a Learning Coach model, where parents provide supervision and encouragement alongside our teachers and Educational Concierge team.
- For grades K-2, families typically spend 3-4 hours per day actively supporting their child.
- For grades 3-5, that decreases to 1-2 hours as students build confidence and self-management skills.

Preparing for the Next Step
As students move through the upper elementary grades, we gradually build the independence and study skills they will carry forward. By fifth grade, children are ready to transition confidently into our middle school program, grounded in strong academics and a clear sense of how they learn best.
