More Than a School Counselor
Your Educational Concierge works alongside your child's teachers but serves a different role. Teachers focus on subject instruction. Your Concierge focuses on the whole picture: your student's progress across all courses, your family's questions and concerns, and the bigger goals you are working toward. They're the person who connects the dots and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Concierges come from backgrounds in teaching, counseling, special education, and educational leadership, and each is trained specifically in virtual education and family support.
What Your Concierge Does
Onboarding
Walking your family through course selection, platform setup, and schedule building so the first week feels manageable rather than overwhelming.
Course Planning
Designing an academic path aligned with your student's strengths, interests, and long-term goals — and adjusting it as those goals evolve.
Progress Monitoring
Staying in regular contact with teachers to track how your student is doing and flagging concerns before they become bigger problems.
Check-Ins & Family Communication
Scheduled touchpoints with students and parents to discuss progress, celebrate wins, and address anything that needs attention.
Tutoring Coordination
Arranging additional academic support when a student needs extra help in a specific subject.
College & Career Planning
For high school students, supporting course selection with college requirements in mind, assisting with applications, and connecting families with scholarship resources.
Your Concierge is reachable by email and phone and prioritizes responding to families within one business day.
A Concierge Who Knows Your Student's Stage
Wellspring's Concierge team is organized by grade band, meaning your family works with a dedicated Concierge whose expertise matches exactly where your student is.
Elementary
Focused on foundational learning, parent partnership, and building strong early habits.
Middle School
Supporting the transition into more independent academic work and subject-specific coursework.
High School
Navigating increasing rigor, college planning, AP and dual enrollment decisions, and graduation requirements.
When a student moves from one grade band to the next, the transition is handled intentionally. Your outgoing Concierge introduces your family to the incoming one, ensuring continuity of context so your student's history, goals, and needs carry forward seamlessly. The face changes; the support does not.
